Questions, answered
What is an event token?+
An BEP-20 on BSC that someone launched for a real-world moment: a flight, a quake, a match, a place on camera. It's pinned to where that event is on Earth, and its price is set entirely by people buying and selling it on its bonding curve.
Does a token pay out if something happens?+
No. Event tokens aren't bets and don't resolve to an outcome. They're tradeable markers of attention on a moment: if more people want in, the price rises; if they sell, it falls.
Where does the live data come from?+
Flights from adsb.lol's open ADS-B network (ODbL), earthquakes from the USGS, fixtures from public sports scoreboards, and cameras from EarthCam, explore.org, SkylineWebcams and Caltrans. Satellite imagery is from Esri.
What happens when a token graduates?+
Once 4.2 BNB has been raised on its curve (about 714M tokens sold), the token graduates on the launchpad into a Uniswap v4 pool whose liquidity is locked permanently. Trading carries on there.
What does it cost?+
Launching costs a 0.0005 BNB launch fee plus gas. Every trade pays 1%: 0.7% to the token's creator and 0.3% to the platform. Creators can also set a creator tax of up to 10%.
Is this on mainnet?+
This version is configured for BSC mainnet. Token launches and trading will open after the BSC contracts are deployed.
